The trail starts in the Village of Kurugama, the Mahawela rice field. You will venture through Kurugama paddy field, Alikote aara river to a narrow road that takes you to a small village called Bambaragasyaya. From there, you will continue from a road, surrounded by jungle. After a couple of kilometers, you will arrive into the beautiful village. The trail will then take you through a beautiful forest to Alikote oya River across to stunning waterfall Visari Ella. on your trail you will be enter a local house, where you can have lunch with a local family. the trek will continue through the village to Visari waterfall. Before the departure, you can enjoy an invigorating river bath too.
